Terrible Customer Service

Ordered my Alen purifier a few years ago. In the meantime, they changed the name of the purifier making it confusing when a few years later I needed new filters. Accidentally ordered the wrong ones. Took them out of the package to fit them in the filter, then realized they don't fit. Now Alen is refusing to refund me since they were taken out of the packaging, despite the fact that they are not used at all. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, which will be significant as I live in fire country and need a lot of filters.

Poor assembly, great product.

Seems to work great but it's not put together correctly. . . . . . at this price I'd expect to not have to take it apart to align the plastics near the power button. . . .

Air Purifier with HEPA filter.

This air purifier is very attractive & does not detract from the decor of my living area. It is doing a tremendous job of eliminating dust mites in the air and the recurring accumulation of dust particles on my glass top furniture, that had previously been very difficult to keep under control.

A nice big air cleaner

I like many features and that has good filters. Its a little noisy on high I have to chose a lower setting at night-but its great if someone comes to visit with a mask on-I can turn it on high to get rid of virus within a short time. I try and open windows too.

This is a really good product

We have had almost daily Air Quality Alerts due to the smoke and particulate matter. This has done a really good job of keeping the air in our house clean. It is most noticeable to my wife who is asthmatic.

Great product

Bought this waaaay before covid-19. It has kept the air around me and my family super clean. Haven’t had any issues with allergies after buying this. I’m even more happy and lucky i have this during this crazy pandemic.

So far my allergic husband is doing ok.

I acquired two extra cats from my aunt when she passed away unexpectedly in July. My husband did not talk to me for a few days since I was essentially signing his death warrant. I bought this air purifier for our two bedroom apartment's living room and a cheaper one for the cat room. This machine has saved our family and the two orphaned cats. No allergic reactions so far.
