ThomasF 9/24/2023 7:27:10 PM NOT SAFE!!!! DO NOT BUY!!! NOT SAFE!!!! DO NOT BUY!!! The instructions say to drill 1/4" holes for 1/4" screws! This means the screws have NOTHING to grip!!! NOT SAFE!!!! I followed the instructions, assumed the screws were larger then 1/4" and they would grab tightly. Nope! They slipped right in and had zero grip. I thought maybe I used the wrong drill bit or read the instructions incorrectly but I did it exactly the way it was written, I am shocked at this oversight! This product should be recalled immediately before someone get hurt or worse. DO NOT BUY THIS MOUNT. Lastly, I am a professional carpenter. I know what I am talking about!
