dont buy

please don't buy this it is an Unkown brand and has many parts that dont work well with each other. dont waste your 2,500 dollars just because it looks cool, do your research before buying a pc.

Great 1st Gaming PC

So far, so good! This pre-built system is sleek, good-looking, and with 7 TB combined internal HD space, 'will be able to download alpt pf games and tons of movies!

Graphics Card issue within same day

It worked great for a few hours and then froze. It restarted with no display output. I tested using different cables and monitors and my monitors and cables all work in other computers. I received it Christmas Eve and it died at midnight. I was told by support to Re-seat the RAM and the GPU but no tool will fit in the size given to unscrew the GPU. NOWWW I gotta spend more time buying a tool, then trouble shooting my brand new computer. Maybe I'll get to all my important tasks :\

CLX SET REVIEW

Great customer service. My delivery was two weeks late though. This computer can change the lights with a remote which is pretty cool. Im happy with my purchase. :)

Great computer, but had a defective GPU on arrival

Came with faulty GPU (would not display video) that I had to have replaced by the Cybertron. Easy enough, but delayed use of multiple monitors by almost 2 weeks.

CLX PROBLEMS

This is the 3rd pc I have ordered in little over a year. Two of them came with problems and I had to return them. From Geek Squad team Jason was very helpful and he ordered the 3rd one for me. In details says it has 3200 mhz rams but i got 3000. Also rgb CLX logo on top of the case came broken. This can happen during the shipping. So far I didn't have any problem with pc and I hope I won't. But for sure I'm not gonna order any pc from CLX in the future. CLX Support guys were helpful too but it takes weeks and weeks to get the new pc. And it is very frustrating when you pay good amount of money for it. It was total disappointment and bad experience for me.

Could have been better - we'll see what happens

While January 28, 2021 is my ordered date, unit not received until February 25. For 1 month, it was in limbo because of poor information and poor customer support from Best Buy. After it arrived, it would not boot through the RTX3070 graphic card. As of this moment, I am awaiting a new board from CLX. CLX has been tried very hard to provide good support; but that doesn't make it easier to accept a $3,000.00 computer that is running only onboard graphics. There were options of course, 1. to return it; 2. to send it back - no computer for however long awaiting new one. OR 3. return bad board and install new one upon arrival - should be a few days. (UNFORTUNATELY, UPS AIR HAS BECOME COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE). Other than the bad graphics board, the unit 'feels' good. Looks good. I especially like the smoked-glass side panels that open like wide doors for real easy access. A lot of fans, runs cool - and you can turn the fans down to cut most fan noise when not required. Very disappointing..We'll see how it goes. I initially made my purchase based upon the fact that Cybertron/CLX is an American assembler in Kansas. So far the people there have been very anxious to 'make it right'.
