CLX WOW FACTOR!

Wow! I was thinking on building my own gaming PC. Thankfully, CLX read my mind with this impressive assembly. This pre-built beauty has all the feature I want without the headache of building my own and comes with customer support. The PC was delivered double boxed in an oversize box with extra padding for protection. The internal components were very well padded for extra safety during shipping. Setup was a simple and within minute this work of art was up and running. After downloading a few of my games, I was online and playing. I also make music with FL Studios and the CLX processed everything beautifully. This CLX Gaming system puts a smile on my face evetime I look it it. The WOW factor will remain for years! Thank you CLS for taking pride in your craftmanship and recognizing more than satisfied customer not only keep you in business, they are your evangelist to grow your business!

Amazing Gaming Computer!

After being away from online gaming for 16 years. I figured I'd get back in to it. My old computer was decent, nothing too special and worked okay, until the latest WoW expansion came out. Then it seems I hit a brick wall. Lag, choppy graphics. Not meeting my own personal performance standards in the game due to it. I did originally ordered a Digital Storm computer, shortly after Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, I was in que for two months before I seen the CLX available through BB. I looked through the specs of this tower, and was taken back at what it came with "stock", and for what they were charging for it. I felt this computer was a better buy with the hardware it came with stock. Than the DS I custom built. I was even saving money buy going with the CLX too. All and all, I couldn't be happier with this purchase. The computer starts up in seconds. And I'm able to play WoW as it was intended, without having some graphics either at the lowest setting, or just disabled all together. Kinda nice I can see a dragon blowing fire instead of it yawning with the old tower I had. And if you're looking for a little more pep from CLX. They do offer some upgrades to this tower (I believe a ram and graphics card) for an upcharge. But they do have their own site too if you wanted to really go all out. By the time I hit the "purchase" button to arrival from UPS. It was a total of 11 days! Again, couldn't be happier with the performance from this tower. And pleased that it'll last me many, many years without having too worry too much about my hardware being obsolete. Highly recommend !!

Amazing Desktop From CLX

What an incredible and powerful Destop, clean, smooth, and love the LED lights. Everytime I set a new headset, updates, and VR setup, the computer does everything so fast and without any hassel. Its like it knows exactly what I want and how I want it done. Super fast, super nice, and super exciting to have. I am running X Plane 12 in VR mode and the smoothness and graphics are incredible. I am a professional pilot and this desktop allows me to use my VR for studying purposes. Heck of an investment, way worth the power of this destop, and I highly recommend it.

Good purchase

Came perfect, I would recommend. However, I would recommend buying directly from CLX to avoid any extra hassle.

No WiFi as was advertised

"Under the "Features" for this product, it's written, "Wireless & Wired Network Connectivity (1x Gigabit | WiFi 802.11ac | Bluetooth 4.2) Built-in high-speed wireless LAN connects to your network on the most common Wi-Fi standards. The Gigabit Ethernet LAN port plugs into wired networks." The PC arrived. When I set it up on Christmas morning for my son, and powered it on, it became quickly evident the PC did not have any WiFi capabilities. I had to disconnect everything and move it to another room where we could use the Ethernet to connect to the Internet. This was a complete hassle. Another reviewer experienced and reported the same issue. I contacted CLX Gaming Support, and they wrote, "Sadly we have no control of how Best Buy decides to advertise our system. This WIFI issue with Best Buy is an ongoing issue that we have been trying to get corrected for some time now." Buyer Beware: I would STRONGLY advise NOT ordering any PC from CLX Gaming via Best Buy if you're expecting it to have WiFi capabilities out-of-the-box.

Works great but….

Computer works great however when I received it, the keyboard didn’t work… and there was no wifi card as stated on the description when I bought it. I had to contact the manufacturer to have a new keyboard and a wifi card sent, which I had to install myself.. the manufacturer made good on my order not necessarily Best Buy. I would suggest accurate product descriptions , and better order completion checks.

I would recommend this PC.

No complaints so far. Love this PC. Very fast as it should be but the best part was the customer service. It is very easy to connect with a representative and the person was also very nice and knowledgeable.
