Terrible computer

Terrible Computer. Purchased in May the mouse glitches. Computer is usless when it happens. Has a defect that affects over 1/3rd of these computers that Dell has been aware of for some time so certianly Best Buy is as well. Do not buy. Research says it can't be fixed. DO NOT BUY! I would rate it 0 stars if I could.

Love this laptop. The screen is clear and colors are bright. It may be more than I need for personal use, but love the ease of use and speed! I have no time to waste so the reaction on time on this is perfect. Handles multiple screens easily!

A great performing laptop

Save your money

Touchpad stopped working after just a few months. Extremely frustrating. Have had 4 technicians look at it, terrible experience.
