Love it!

The ONLY reason I purchased this microwave was to make popcorn better than my previous microwave. There’s no guessing game here. You press that popcorn button and out comes a completely full bag of fluffy delightful buttery goodness. There are probably only 5-10 seeds left un popped with this bad boy. The popcorn genie beautifully works their magic to craft a delectable treat with its sorcery button.

Horrible

I do not recommend this or buying it from Best Buy. Within the first two weeks, the plastic is bubbling and it looks horrible. I tried to return it and was told that I couldn’t return because it was the 16th day. I tried to explain it’s defective and it didn’t matter. Now I’m stuck with this cheap looking microwave that was not cheap. On top on that, every time I heat up my latte it explodes inside getting everywhere and doesn’t actually make it hot.

Stylish and functions with ease!

This microwave is mid-sized and perfect for our needs. It heats food extremely well and the popcorn feature pops a perfect bag of corn every time! I also enjoy the stylishness and the price (on sale and open box). General Electric usually does not disappoint as a trusted brand.

Microwave Memo

GE microwave is perfect and goes well with my stainless steel appliances. Easy to use and reheats food quickly. The turntable rotates the dish for even heating and cooking. Arrived well packaged in excellent shape.

Expect 5 years of use

The features are intuitive and easy to use. It's a little more noisy that the previous model. This is the 3rd GE Microwave we've purchased. Unfortunately, you can only expect about 5 years' use. The magnatron burns out. I'd happily pay more if I could purchase a microwave that would last longer, but unfortunately, it appears they all use the same magnatron (cooking element). That is my only point of dissatisfaction. I hate adding to landfills.
