Insignia TV + Best Buy service = total garbage

I would have given a rating of zero stars if that was an option. This TV is absolute garbage. I would never recommend purchasing TV from Best Buy to anyone. This TV was used less than 4 hours per week and it failed after 14 months. The screen became unwatchable as it was covered with green and blue lines from the top of the screen which obscured the picture. Since the TV is no longer under warranty, Geek Squad would charge a $100 fee to come to the house and look at the TV, plus repair cost. By far,the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with an electronics product. To anyone considering purchasing a TV from Best Buy, I highly recommend that you spend your money elsewhere

3 months then screen stop working

I bought this tv in December after my old Vizio broke it was well priced and up until yesterday March 18th it was fine I was watching Netflix when I notice it started to show like pixelated lines so I turned off the tv and it never had picture again definitely will not be buying this brand again
