Good device for Remote work.

The product is good. Did struggle to setup.After doing internet research identified "Logi Tune" should be installed, which was not mentioned anywhere in product guide. But once initial setup is done, its easy to use, quickly connects to video calls. Overall, satisfied with the product.

Exactly what you expect!

This web cam is exactly what the doctor ordered. It's plug and play not overly complicated and works like a charm. I was up and running in minutes no programs to fight with very satisfying and pleasant experience.

Good upgrade from the HD model

Excellent low light and green screen ability. While I still use light it works even better than the HD camera to pick up low light while streaming or video chatting. Broadcast comes through clearly both visually and auditory.

Great Webcam

The easy to use, very affordable, made by a top creator of things computer, was a blessing from my last webcam. Plug in, easy to use, clear picture, and easy, sturdy attachment to computer makes using a webcam like second nature. And very quick delivery too.

4K FAIL

Does not work right out the box! There are far too many variations of this webcam. To find the "correct" software, you'll need the serial / product code. Windows device manager detects the webcam but the Logitech software does not detect its own hardware. Laughable!
