Product did not work. It did not even power up. Best Buy sold me a dud. Zero star!!!!

Nice webcam, if a little expensive

The ultrawide POV is really nice! Easy to set up, just plug and play, and the auto focus does its job.

Good little camera

Pretty good camera, I like that it has such a dynamic zoom. The auto framing can be a bit finicky at times, as can the desk view (My monitor made it into the shot), but as a camera and microphone it works well. Of note to zoom users: For some reason the zoom microphone test won't turn on the mic on the Brio unless you're unmuted on the call - the mic isn't broken, just not active unless the light is on.

Brio 500 Webcam: perfect addition to my workspace!

This little webcam has been a great addition to my home office/work environment. The camera is a serious upgrade over the one in my laptop, and it was easy to position on top of my 32" monitor. I feel the 4K webcam video complements my 4K monitor perfectly. Everyone I work with seems pleased with the audio quality from the mic as well, so I believe that it is also an upgrade over what the laptop (MacBook Pro 16) provides.

Easy to install and works great. The 1 con is that it does not want to stay attached to my monitor

Great purchase!

Great purchase! The clarity is fantastic and this is a great value for the price. Even though I give it five stars I want to mention that we had to call the support number because there was nothing that popped up when we connected it and we couldn’t figure out how it turns on. It did it all automatically and you have to actually go into a camera/video application like WebEx to see it work.
