Solid video for at-home podcasters.

Excellent podcast camera. I don’t use its audio, Just the video. The image is sharp and clear and requires less light than I thought the get a great image.

Constantly freezes

The video works for about 15-90 seconds then freezes. Then I have to turn off the video and turn it back on in whatever software im using. This woukd be ok occassionally, but having video cut out every minute of a 2 hour zoom session every week is a bit much. Additionally, logitech refuses to help and wants Best Buy to handle all warranty issues even outside of their return period.

Elgato or logi+ whichever is on sale. Pretty close

Proper lighting is key as this cam has a bit of noise in low light. At the very least a ring light or LED stream light fixes this issue. Plug and play with obs but recommend downloading logitech capture.

Issues with customer service

Did not plug into my computer. I needed some advice, so i sent an email to customer service at Logitech and they never answered. Customer service is everything! Poor rating is based on that.

Great quality, easy setup

I use this for zoom calls while my son uses it for video streaming. The quality and options are great. Setup is easy and the attachments work great.

Best camera for the versatility of USB-C. Make sure you have an open USB-C port as this doesn't come with an adapter.

Great streaming cam

Great streaming cam that I used for my laptop because I can orient in different angles and currently using at portrait mode. Logitech cams are very good quality and reliable. I have one that is 12 years old and I am still using in my desktop and so I know I can't go wrong with this purchase.
