No instructions

Item arrived in packaging and strapped ,looked legit..once opened and anxious to build it i shortly after realized there were no instructions, user manual,or hardware..sooooo...yea,and now with my luck the item is sold out and no longer available. Horsepucky!

Would Not Recommend.

Not sure where others get good quality. I just had mine put together and it is falling apart everywhere. The plastics dont stick flush in many locations and motor covers are loose. I would take pictures of all parts falling off but it would be too many. The bigger issues is that running belt is very small and weak and curves out on edges which make noise when roll on back as well as stains that came on belt. For this price you are better off with NordicTrack, better build and no issues like this.

Great treadmill.

Really happy with this treadmill. The large screen for the Ifit workouts is so much better than the older model we had.

stop working after 3 days . no support

very bad quality working 3 days and stop show any pic on screen write 3 requests to support - no answers bestbuy can accept returns but problem its too big no tech support phone provided

After a long research I was deciding between proform and nordictrack. Decided to go with this one. I have been using so far for 2 weeks and works great.

Pru Form 9000 Virtual trails, Wow

This Treadmill is amazing, well built, sturdy, and to be able to walk the trails of the world with iFit and see it all on my 22 inch screen is simply amazing, I waited 2 years to buy this treadmill, worth it, amazing.

Creaking sound during incline (-3% - 12%)

I like the threadmill but the problem is that after few months of use there's a creaking during incline and on the -3% it's like it's hitting something at the bottom.

Horrible

Showed up with a couple broken pieces and haven't been able to get any communication back about that. Also took 5 different times to schedule a drop off because Best Buy kept cancelling the day before. Ended up having to put it together myself because again, they didn't show up for their scheduled time to put it together.
