Good but not perfect

I really like these headphones. They sound great, they are very small and very comfortable. However, there are a few issues I have that make it impossible for me to give them five stars. First, there's no wireless charging which, at this price point, is baffling to me. Second, I would like to be able to customize the touch controls myself and not have to pick a preset group of controls. The battery life in the buds is really good but the battery in the charging case is average at best. The app is fine but there seems to be a lot of unnecessary clutter and it can be a little difficult to navigate. Overall, I'd say that these are a pretty solid set of buds, but not for the $200 price range

Super comfortable and great sound with ANC

They are very comfortable. I liked the sound and the ANC is pretty good and without “pressure” feeling. But I ultimately returned them for Air Pods Pro 2 because of the convenience to connect to any apple device while Sony has only 2 point connectivity (and I need at least MacBook, iPad, iPhone, and Apple Watch)

Needs some serious tweaks!

They were decent until i updated the firmware. Now there's a very obnoxious growl coming from the left earbud while either in side tone on a call or in full ambient mode. Unacceptable from Sony! Immediately returned. The sound is good but coming from liberty 3 pro they don't stand a chance due to only having a single dynamic driver vs lp3 having dual armature and dynamic driver. The bass reaches deep but i can tell it struggles to shine at lower frequencies. I had some trouble getting people to hear me clearly at first but changing tips did help them seat better in my ear which placed the mic better allowing more clarity. Speak to chat is great! Charges fast. Once they fix the growl they will be good and i might give them another try. Also Sony please drop the side tone during calls. If we want to hear ourselves we can manually turn on ambient mode.

They work really good and all the features are really nice! This color will get dirty easily.

amazing sound for an affordable price

The sound canceling on these is great. Quite easy to use and are very comfortable. My only issue is the app but I don't use it often enough to be a hassle.
