Good

Very good product. I used Webroot in the past. Bough a new computer that had another virus protection pre installed. Didn’t work as well. Went back to Webroot.

Great anti-virus

I got Webroot free with my gaming PC, it worked very well so I've decided to stick with them I hadn't had any problems so far, and I will continue to use them. Highly recommend them!

not for mobile

this antivirus is just for computers, not mobile devices (despite android & apple being listed in the description & the name 'secure anywhere'). i wasted almost 10 hours- no exaggeration- on best buy chats and phone calls, being transferred from person to person, with absolutely no resolution and no antivirus protection. this is despite multiple support team members from best buy assuring me that this software should work for mobile. finally the ~30th person i talked to stated that best buy does not sell any antivirus software that works for mobile. after they transferred me 3 more times just to get to the right person to process the refund and an hour and a half into the call, they hung up before i could talk to someone to process the refund. SO frustrating. no wonder best buy keeps putting this antivirus on sale, when a misleading description and poor customer service from both best buy and webroot made this an extremely disappointing purchase. i know others have really liked webroot, but if you're looking for any kind of support or antivirus for your mobile device, this software isn't for you.

i just love best buy they are usually so helpful but busy, i am having a hard time with y webroot on my phone, have it on my computer. we will see if they help theya re usually great!

One of the best anti virus inernet protction programs available. Ive used them for years and tried several others. Webroot cant be beat for functionality and price!
