Works As Intended

At first I had problems trying to find instructions for downloading because I think they had just started offering Chromebook protection. When I looked for assistance, I was still seeing articles saying Chromebooks don't need/use antiviruses. After getting around that, it's been fine. And I like the extension.

clueless customer support

Called customer service because it wouldn't load on my chromebook they said it was an issue with my windows being out of date....... on my chromebook smh.

Can't even use

The webroot app doesn't even work on the chromebook. Looks like it's in need of an update. I couldn't even log in to set it up on my chromebook.
