Please be careful

I purchased the Westinghouse 55” 4K 9 months ago. The tv randomly developed a green line on the bottom and I can’t get Westinghouse support to contact me back! Please read their warranty and keep the box! If it breaks you have to ship it to them at your own expense in a tv box with appropriate padding and then also pay for return shipping. The shipping alone ends up being as much as the tv price when it’s on sale.

Don’t do it

DO NOT BUY THIS TV. I got this tv with warranty and a few months after getting it lines started to appear across my screen and the picture blurred. Westinghouse made me jump through hoops to get any help. They made me take it to a recycling center and show proof that I got rid of it. They didn’t refund for the recycling. I did nothing to the tv to cause any damage and the display got worse with time.

It had a defect

Was hanging lopsided....tech finally realized that d attachment bars were not str8....they had to tug it few times to adjust it...all for a mighty $400.

Very satisfied with this TV

Great picture quality. Gaming works perfectly on this tv. Speaker is not great but maybe because I’m used to external sound systems. Over all I’m very satisfied with this tv.
