Creates high levels of CO2

Caused CO2 poising in our unit after a few years. Needed to unhook immediately. No service company wants the liability to service. Needed to fully replace.

It was missing a bottom rack. It's kinda cheeply made. And the controls seem to lock really easy abd then can't get them unlocked. If I would have known how ceepley made this is I would not have bought it. But it works and cooks good.

Missing part

One of the stove racks was missing. Didn’t notice until until a few days after delivery. Then no one knew where it could be

Disappointing Whirlpool range and product support

So far the experience of owning this gas range has been bad. The oven stopped working within 10 months, within warranty. Though we were protected by a BestBuy TotalTech plan, BestBuy insisted we go through Whirlpool for the repairs. After two visits from a Whirlpool technician, we are no closer to having our oven repaired. The technicians have ordered a new part, but they can't guarantee when or if the part will arrive, or that the part will work. In addition to these issues, the stove has uneven heat, which makes it hard to cook. The large size of the burner elements makes them hard to clean.

Horrible experience

Product was delivered and installed with damage that was not disclosed. When I returned home my house was full of GAS! Took numerous phone calls to extremely rude "customer service" department to get it picked up and more calls for refund.
